The Approach

We did not run a campaign. We built an ecosystem, with every part working together.

Two strategies, one ecosystem: From day one, we crafted an organic content strategy to build the story and the community, and an ads strategy of structured, goal-driven campaigns, not boosted posts, to put the best of it in front of the right local audience.

Built around the owner’s story: Jaspreet, the owner, is a passionate chef whose dishes are personal and authentic. We built the entire strategy around his story. Instead of investing in heavy branding or high-end production, we brought him directly into the community, combining PR, content and advertising in one connected campaign.

An early signal: Within the first two weeks, Jaspreet told us the restaurant was busy even on its usual slow days. We then studied what was working and doubled down on it.

Brand Features: We used our in-house news distribution channel to give Delhi2Lahore extra visibility, integrated with the rest of the ecosystem.

Facebook: We published consistently across 62 active days, introduced video in September and backed the strongest content with Meta ads. Original, authentic content, rather than highly produced visuals, earned the audience’s trust, and many became customers.

Instagram: We rebuilt the page from the ground up in September with real photos, videos and reels, publishing across 42 active days. Every post was planned around the strategy, so the page found its audience quickly.

Four things made the difference:

  • Video first. Food is made to be watched, and views rose sharply once we leaned into video.

  • Organic and paid, each doing its job. Organic content builds trust and ads widen the reach, so neither has to carry the whole body.

  • Consistency. There were 104 active publishing days across both platforms.

  • A measured start. We began with 35 pieces of content and then increased the volume gradually.

The Result with TMFS

In just over three months (15 July to 25 October 2026), Delhi2Lahore achieved over 1.1 million views across Facebook and Instagram.

1.08M+ Facebook views

+450% Instagram view growth, September to October

2,043 Instagram engagements

11 Brand mentions earned on Instagram

Facebook

  • Views peaked at 488,601 in August

  • Video was the turning point: September video views reached 58,540, a 748% increase on August, and October added a further 31,059 in only 25 days

Instagram

  • 81,772 views from the September relaunch to 25 October

  • Views grew from 12,571 in September to 69,201 in October, and engagements grew 864%, from 192 to 1,851

  • Best day: 19,549 views on 3 October, and 397 engagements on 9 October

October figures are measured to 25 October.

Social media works when every part works together. Posts, video, ads and local presence all feed each other, and growth stops being random.

That is the TMFS ecosystem, and it is how a Huntingdale restaurant became impossible to scroll past.

Restaurants · Huntingdale, WA · Social Media, Content, Meta Ads & Brand Features

A Punjabi restaurant. An Instagram page rebuilt from the ground up. Ads and organic content working as one. 450% growth in a month.

Delhi2Lahore is a Punjabi restaurant in Huntingdale, Western Australia. The name says it all: big, bold flavours that travel from Delhi to Lahore and onto the plate.

The Challenge

Great food does not fill tables on its own. Delhi2Lahore needed the right local diners to see the restaurant, remember it and walk through the door.

The food was never the problem. The dishes and their presentation were excellent, but this was not reflected on social media. Instagram was used only for a monthly recipe or occasional stories from the owner, and Facebook needed consistent content and real momentum. Running a busy restaurant also leaves little time to manage social media alone.

The owner had also engaged an overseas agency, spending about $700 per month on ads and $500 per month in agency fees, with poor results. The strategy was flawed in two ways:

  • AI-generated images instead of real food. Dishes such as butter chicken and dal were shown as generic AI images, which look nothing like Delhi2Lahore’s real presentation.

  • Boosted posts instead of proper campaigns. Posts were boosted instead of being built into structured campaigns with specific goals.

Great food, a significant monthly spend and the wrong strategy. This was the gap we set out to close.
